How to Make Sea Moss Gel (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Rinse Thoroughly
Place the dry sea moss in a bowl and rinse it 2–3 times to remove sand, salt, and ocean debris.Optional Tip: you can rinse with purified water if you don't want to use tap.
Step 2: Soak the Sea Moss
After rinsing 2-3 times with water, add sea moss and fresh water in a large bowl and cover.
Let it soak for 2-12 hours at room temperature. For smaller bunches soak less, for bigger bunches soak longer!
The moss will expand and become soft and translucent. This is what you want!!Step 3: Blend Into Gel
Add the soaked translucent sea moss to a blender with fresh spring water.
Blend until smooth. you don't want to taste the grittiness to it.Pro Tip: You control the consistency—use more water for a thinner gel, less for thicker.
Optional: Add the included fruit powder and sweeteners during blending for natural flavor and added nutrients.
Step 4: Store and Use
Pour the gel into your glass mason jar and seal with the lid.
Refrigerate immediately. -

Why don't we ship gel anymore?
We’ve transitioned away from shipping pre-made sea moss gel to ensure you get the freshest, most potent product possible—without the risk of spoilage, delays, or temperature issues. Sea moss gel is perishable and can be compromised during shipping, especially in warmer climates or if there are carrier delays.
By offering our Sea Moss Starter Kits, you get the same high-quality wildcrafted sea moss, plus the power to make your gel fresh at home on your time, with no guesswork. It’s cost-effective, shelf-stable, and gives you complete control over your health routine.
