How to make Sea Moss Step-by-step

Step 1: Rinse Thoroughly
Place the dry sea moss in a bowl and rinse it 2–3 times to remove sand, salt, and ocean debris.

Optional Tip: you can rinse with purified water if you don't want to use tap.

Step 2: Soak the Sea Moss
After rinsing 2-3 times with water, add sea moss and fresh water in a large bowl and cover.

Let it soak for 2-12 hours at room temperature.

For smaller bunches soak less, for bigger bunches soak longer!
The moss will expand and become soft and translucent. This is what you want!!

Step 3: Blend Into Gel
Add the soaked translucent sea moss to a blender with fresh spring water.

Blend until smooth. you don't want to taste the grittiness to it.

Pro Tip: You control the consistency—use more water for a thinner gel, less for thicker.

Optional: Add the included fruit powder and sweeteners during blending for natural flavor and added nutrients.

Step 4: Store and Use
Pour the gel into your glass mason jar and seal with the lid.

Refrigerate immediately.
